• Remote ASP.NET Developer

    Job Description

    We are currently seeking a Remote Software Developer to join a logistics organization based in central Kentucky. This individual will be responsible for owning the claims application for the organization which includes building out new modules as needed to meet business needs. This application is built in ASP.NET so this person needs to be well versed in this. Ideally, the organization will look to move this application to a more modern tech stack in the coming years, so it is important that this individual is comfortable learning new technologies such as Blazor. Our application team is a smaller group of six developers, all based in the US and working EST hours. Additionally, this individual will be cross trained to support other application as needed and can be expected to mentor a junior developer in the future. This is a full-time role with a salary of $95k-115k based on experience and can be fully remote.

    Skills and Requirements

    5+ years of hands on development experience with ASP.NET 2.0-4.8

     

    Experience support accounting/claims department software

     

    Bachelor's degree or higher in CIS or related field

     

    Experience with HTML, Visual Studio, and MS SQL Server

     

    Willingness to learn new technologies (Blazor)

     

    Comfortable working EST hours Experience within the automotive or logistics industry

     

    Azure experience (DevOps, SQL, or containerization)

     

    Mobile development experience (Xamarin)

    MVC, WebAPI, Blazor, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript null
