    Job Description

    As a Project Execution Manager Store Remodels, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of store remodel projects. This includes traveling to project sites 10 to 26 weeks in advance to assess current store conditions and define the scope of work. You will meet with store operators to provide clear direction on pre-remodel deliverables and ensure all necessary equipmentsuch as containers and dumpstersand fixtures like steel and merchandising aids are ordered in a timely manner.

     

    You will be tasked with creating detailed project budgets, staffing plans, and timing and action plans that align with program standards and guidelines. Throughout the duration of each project, you will visit sites regularly to provide constructive feedback to merchandise teams, store operations staff, and general contractors, typically overseeing teams of 5 to 20 individuals.

     

    Your role includes reviewing and approving or denying change orders related to materials and staffing, while holding key project executors accountable for their deliverables. You will have direct oversight and management of capital budgets ranging from $50,000 to $250,000, in partnership with the Senior Project Manager.

     

    Additionally, you will visit construction sites to verify that all work is completed according to CVS Healths plans, specifications, and standards. You will monitor schedules and budgets, resolve project-related issues, and conduct final reviews and sign-offs with project teams and store operations. Finally, you will manage the punch list to ensure all work is completed before store openings and finalize all closeout documentation for capital and labor budgets in accordance with program guidelines.

     

    PR $30-36/hr

    Skills and Requirements

    1. Associates and or Bachelor's degree in management, business or a related field.

    2. 5-8 years of Retail Merchandising experience and familiarity with fixtures, merchandising aids and planogram work in retail pharmacies or other similar mid-large box stores

    3. 2-3 years of Project Management or Store Management experience creating and managing capital and expense budgets 1. Project tracking / management

    2. Coordinating with Operations team; coordination with other departments and teams

    3. Verify take offs in system

    4. Communicate on graphics if needed

    5. Material deliveries / dates and coordination / changes

    6. Fixture warehouse orders

    7. Vendor management

    8. Weekly Schedule updates

    9. Follow up / Checklist / close out procedure null
