Job Description

We are looking for a Microsoft Copilot Trainer to bring Microsoft Copilot to life at one of our pharmaceutical clients as a valuable, practical "Utility AI" solutionfocused on enhancing individual productivity across the organization. This role will lead a targeted 6-month initiative to build and deliver tailored training, content, and enablement strategies that empower users and lay the foundation for enterprise-wide adoption in 2026.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement a comprehensive Copilot training strategy for various skill levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced)

- Develop engaging training content including, online courses and video tutorials, classroom-based sessions, case studies and real-world examples, and optional certification pathways

- Deliver hands-on training to 100 IT FTEs by year-end

- Build a train-the-trainer model for broader rollout in 2026

- Ensure long-term sustainability by enabling internal teams to continue training efforts independently

- Build and maintain an internal intranet hub for Copilot resources, including training materials, success stories, and FAQs and best practices

- Create a scalable framework for collecting and sharing user stories, use cases, and productivity wins

- Use a variety of media formats (e.g., videos, reference guides, interactive content) to make training accessible and engaging

Skills and Requirements

- Certified Microsoft Trainer with proven experience in end-user technology enablement

- Deep familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and its practical applications across Microsoft 365

- Strong instructional design skills and experience delivering training across multiple formats

- Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to build and deliver content

- Exceptional interpersonal skills for classroom training and stakeholder engagement

- Ability to tailor content to a highly educated, scientific audience (e.g., PhDs, technical professionals)

- Experience simplifying complex concepts like prompt engineering into relatable, actionable training null
