    Job Title: Finance Associate (Audit Background) – Early-Stage Crypto VC

    • San Francisco | Hybrid (2 days onsite)

    • $100K–$130K (DOE) + Bonus + Full Benefits

    • What You’ll Do

    + Review quarterly fund reporting from the fund administrator 📊

    + Oversee and distribute investor capital account statements

    + Manage day-to-day relationships with fund admin teams

    + Review financial statements and ensure accuracy

    + Support capital calls, investment funding, and fund ops workflows

    + Learn the ins and outs of crypto investments and venture finance

    Requirements

    • What You Bring

    + 3+ years in public accounting (Big 4 or fund clients a plus!)

    + ✅ CPA license in hand

    + Strong attention to detail and a good grasp of accounting fundamentals

    + Interest in crypto, DeFi, or emerging tech

    + Excitement for a fast-paced, startup-style environment
