    Job Title: QC Associate IJob Description

     

    The QC Associate I will be responsible for conducting various testing procedures including PCR and SDS-Page within a GMP environment. The role involves validating assays, managing change controls, and conducting stability and raw material testing. Ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) are key aspects of the position. Experience in a commercial environment is a plus.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform testing using PCR, SDS-Page, and other assays.

    + Validate assays and manage change controls.

    + Conduct stability and raw material testing.

    + Ensure accurate documentation and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).

    + Revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as necessary.

    + Test data documentation and quality control processes.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in ELISA assays, validation, and documentation.

    + 1 to 2 years of experience with ELISA, PCR, Gel Electrophoresis, and Microbiological assays.

    + Experience in GMP practices and quality control.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in a science-related field.

    + Experience in a late-stage clinical trial environment or commercial environment is beneficial.

    Work Environment

    The role requires working in both an office and lab setting, offering a dynamic environment for the next phase of clinical trials and manufacturing. The team is preparing to enter phase 3 of clinical trials, creating an exciting atmosphere for the next round of testing and manufacturing.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $35.00/hr.
