    Position Summary

    Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing, you will beinnovative and a results-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic and fluid environment, who can drive both customer-centric business results and new ways of working.

     

    Your focus areas in this role will be to own and drivetheISC2 ecommercesite experience, including strategy and planning, content planning needs, site product display, A/B testing, commerce features and functionality innovation. You will also manage the ISC2martechstack, to enhance the marketing operations functionthrough marketing insights,and effective digital marketing strategies.

     

    You will have P&L responsibility and willbe responsible fordriving strategy planning and execution to deliver daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual targets. You will also be able to define and adjust plans to deliver on financial targets, drive cross-functionalexecutionand provide direction on adjustments to manage to overall revenue goals.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead the short and long-term vision for the ISC2.org storefront, to develop and execute key site and customer strategies.

    + Be accountable for ISC2.org business performance and KPIs. On a weekly and monthly basis report on the site and customer KPIs, including but not limited to sessions, revenue, conv, RPV, repeat purchase rate, cross-sell rate, as well as new customer percentages

    + Partner with UX counterparts to ensure the site is designed and merchandised to deliver a seamless customer experience

    + Build and own the digital site roadmap and testing roadmap

    + Drive innovative features, functionality, and content needs that support the digital selling experience. Partner with tech and creative teams to ensuretimelyand smooth execution of digital site roadmap.

    + Manage A/B testing initiatives on site and report out consistently to cross-functional peers on all tests to ensure learnings are incorporated into future marketing and creative strategy & planning; Implement strategies to enhance direct-to-consumer sales, customer retention, and brand loyalty

    + Analyzeandoptimizethe customer journey, from website navigation to checkout, to maximize conversion rates.

    + Build effective cross-functional internal partnerships across marketing, creative, product/technology, finance, and operations teams

    + Work closely with the Director, Marketing toshare insights,recommendationsand collaboration acrossonline and offline campaigns

    + Manage relationships with key e-commerce partners, including Amazon and third-party agency partners, tooptimizeperformance and drive growth

    + Be accountable for ISC2.org long-term vision of digital experience, thinking outside the status quo to recommend new site experiences based on long-term vision at ISC2

    + Maintain robust competitive intelligence tomonitortrends and digital best practices. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce, membership, and subscription-based businesses

    + Define and implement product merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability;Optimizeproduct assortment, pricing, promotions, and inventory management to meet customer demands and achieve revenue targets

    + Develop and own thedigital marketingstrategy and third party agency acrosspay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, social media, affiliate programs, and content marketing

    + Demonstrated experience of driving business execution and delivering against revenue and profit targets

    + Demonstrated success in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment with the ability to respond to changing priorities, without impact to organisational performance or productivity

    + Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive influence across many levels of the organization

     

    Management Responsibility

     

    This role will have direct reports.

    Qualifications

    + Deep understanding of eCommerce technologies,platformsand best practices

    + Extensive experience working with CRM and marketing technology platforms; Salesforce and Marketing Cloud preferred

    + The Ideal candidate will also have experience with:

    + ECommerce platforms (multiple)

    + Web Analytics Solutions (e.g., Google Analytics)

    + Project Management Tools (e.g., Monday/Smartsheet)

    + Content Management Solution experience

    + UX Design Collaboration tools (e.g., Figma)

    + Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)

    Education and Work Experience

    + Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

    + Proven experience of at least 10 years within e-commerce roles, preferably in retail or education industries

    + 5+ years of management experience within a global organization

    + Proven experience of managing third party agencies

    + Budgetary control experience required

    Physical and Mental Demands

    • Up to 15% travel required

    • Work extended hours when necessary

    • Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting, for prolonged periods

    • Regular use of office equipment such as a computer/laptop andmonitorcomputer screens
