    Principal Accountabilities

    + Ensure safe work procedures are followed by all employees in the department

    + Ensure you are wearing proper personal protective equipment

    + Be sure you are following proper lifting procedures

    + Employees must work and act safely at all times and must accept equal responsibility for their personal safety and that of their co-workers

    Required Qualifications

    + Must be able to operate a high reach truck/stand up forklift

    + Must be able to operate an electric pallet jack

    + Ensuring timely and efficient throughput of products

    + Ensure that all standard operating procedures are being met

    + Reporting any deficiencies in selecting processes and suggesting new alternatives/methods to improve these processes

    + Ensure that all food safety procedures and practices are being followed

    + Ensure that all safety procedures and practices are being followed

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Ability to read, write, and speak English

    + Previous experience on a high reach truck

    + Prior work history in a fast-paced production environment

    + Prior experience leading diverse teams in the meat industry or warehouse environment
