Job Summary

Create unforgettable premium experiences! The Sr. Suites Manager will oversee day-to-day suite operations, manage service staff, and elevate the premium guest experience at every event. This role will ensure seamless execution of all suite-level services and maintain close collaboration with culinary and operations teams.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field

+ 3+ years of experience in amangement of foodservice or hospitality, preferably with premium or VIP service

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems

+ ServSafe and Alcohol Service Certification (or ability to obtain)

Key Responsibilities:

+ Oversee all suite service operations before, during, and after events

+ Lead and manage suite service staff, including scheduling and performance

+ Ensure food and beverage is presented to premium standards

+ Respond to guest inquiries and issues with professionalism and urgency

+ Liaise with culinary, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure suite readiness

+ Maintain compliance with sanitation, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards

+ R esponsible for facilitating suite food and beverage suite sales for Levy sports and entertainment venues.

+ Driving sales on a daily basis to increase revenue .

+ Strong ability to present and communicate with partners and clients both via e-m ail, phone, as well as in person.

+ Ability to meet and manage multiple deadlines . Time management and prioritization skills are essential.
