Description

**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Facility Mainteancne Technicians** for projects located in and around **Schnecksville, PA** . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of **up to $30/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Facility Maintenance Technician eager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills while learning new ones, this is your chance to advance in your career!

Job Scope:

+ Inspect and maintain machinery, equipment, buildings, and HVAC systems

+ Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing

+ Make minor repairs to locks, faucets, windows, cabinets, and other fixtures

+ Conduct basic carpentry (e.g., repair bulletin boards, paint, install shelves)

+ Assist electricians and carpenters with maintenance tasks

+ Maintain campus grounds: mow lawns, trim bushes, replace exterior light bulbs

+ Troubleshoot issues reported by faculty and staff

+ Conduct basic plumbing: repair/install faucets, drinking fountains, and fixtures

+ Perform routine maintenance like filter changes and minor troubleshooting

+ Help maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment used in daily operations

+ Support seasonal landscaping and general upkeep efforts

Requirements:

+ Prior maintenance experience in a commercial, institutional, or educational setting

+ Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems

+ Ability to safely operate power tools and maintenance equipment

+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

+ Good communication and organizational abilities

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Valid driver’s license preferred
