    Neuro Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant– Full-Time

     

    Salary Range $30-45/ hr

    We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team. Whether you're an experienced therapist or a recent graduate, you'll find mentorship, collaboration, and a purpose-driven environment where your skills truly matter.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Work under the supervision of occupational therapists

    + Assist patients in performance of community reintegration, self-care, fine and gross motor skills, social skills, ADL’s, IADL’s, and leisure skills under the direct supervision of the occupational therapists

    + Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care

    + Support and educate residents, families, and caregivers on progress towards goals

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant License in the state of NJ

    + Current CPR certification

    + Passion for working with a neurologically impaired young adult population

    + Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills

    + New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply – mentorship available
