    What You'll Be Doing

    + Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on mobile equipment including loaders, haul trucks, and excavators

    + Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues and implement effective solutions

    + Maintain accurate service records and communicate equipment status to supervisors

    + Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance activities

    + Support plant operations by minimizing equipment downtime and maximizing reliability

    What Are We Looking For

    + Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair heavy mobile equipment

    + Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems

    + Commitment to safety and attention to detail in all tasks

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
