We are looking for Head of Strategy, Low Voltage Electrical Products. This position will be based in Peachtree Corners GA. The Head of Strategy, Low Voltage plays a pivotal role in shaping the long-term strategic direction of the Electrical Products (EP) business in North America. This high-impact role offers significant visibility across regional and global leadership teams and requires a forward-thinking, analytically driven leader who thrives in a dynamic, matrixed environment. You will lead the development and execution of multi-year strategic initiatives, drive investment and growth opportunities (organic and inorganic), and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. This role is instrumental in aligning business priorities with market trends, customer needs, and global strategic objectives. You’ll make a difference by: Strategic Planning & Execution Lead the development and implementation of the EP North America strategic roadmap in alignment with global business unit priorities. Apply agile methodologies to continuously evolve strategic plans based on market dynamics and internal capabilities. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives. Investment & Growth Strategy Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities, including organic growth initiatives and inorganic strategies such as M&A. Conduct market and competitive analysis to support business case development and strategic decision-making. Manage end-to-end project execution for strategic initiatives, including due diligence and integration planning. Market Intelligence & Forecasting Oversee long-range U.S. market forecasting using advanced digital tools and analytics. Develop and refine forecasting methodologies to support strategic planning and resource allocation. Analyze, interpret, and recommend output through both qualitative and quantitative means. Executive Engagement & Communication Serve as a key liaison between EP North America leadership, global headquarters, and divisional executives. Support and guides strategic communications in partnership with Internal Communications to ensure consistent messaging and alignment. Advisory & Special Projects Act as an internal consultant to EP departments, providing strategic guidance and analytical support. Lead or support high-priority projects on behalf of BU and Division leadership. Portfolio Strategy Support Collaborate with the Product Management organization to align product portfolio strategy with long-term business goals. Contribute to portfolio visioning, roadmapping, and lifecycle planning where it has strategic impact to overall business strategy. You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing and other bachelor’s degrees will be considered. 7+ years of experience in the following: Electrical distribution product strategy or product management. Demonstrated experience in change management and/or process improvement. Demonstrated project management experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines. Demonstrated ability to understand circuit protection, residential, commercial, and industrial business markets. Knowledge of the electrical distribution sales channel, operations and go to market strategies for circuit protection, light commercial, residential spaces, and complex projects such as data centers. Agile implementation experience (Safe Agile methodologies at the executive level). 10% travel Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship. Key Skills and Competencies: Creative problem solver. Facilitation skills for Strategic Planning events. Proficient public speaker/presentation skills. Good at synthesizing sophisticated ideas or challenges into coherent storylines/ideas/solutions. Ability to demonstrate and apply extensive knowledge of the electrical distribution market. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
