Location: 501 Fountain Pkwy, Ste. 100, Grand Prairie, Texas 75050 Position Title: Manufacturing Engineer Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 Hours/ Week Summary of Duties: The Manufacturing Engineer will provide manufacturing engineering support to assembly lines to achieve their production goals. Work closely with Manufacturing Manager to plan and implement process improvements in line with new product integration and changing business scenarios. Provide production process planning and improvement. Conduct capital machinery project specification and execution. Plan and deploy safety measures. Conduct manufacturing operation layout planning and relocation. Provide process quality improvement project planning and execution. Qualifications: The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Logistics Engineer, Quality Engineer, or related role, including Internships. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field of study and 1 year of experience in the job offered, or as a Logistics Engineer, Quality Engineer, or related role, including Internships. The position requires experience with the following: ERP system; Lean tools; CAD; data analysis tools; Microsoft Office; inventory control; project management; data analysis and planning; warehouse operations; customer service; line designing and optimization; technical trainer; supplier development; and Quality system management.
