Senior Accountant with responsibilities supporting month end close, including journals, reconciliations, reporting, as well as identifying issues and proposing solutions, standardizing processes and procedures with an efficiency and improvement mind set. Strong analysis and communications skills will make you an effective member of this team, supporting a fast-growing business.Responsibilities:Full cycle accounting role including journals, reconciliations, reporting and problem solving, assisting with audits as necessaryBank reconciliation, cash balance forecastingStandardize, document and communicate processes to both financial and operations teamsDocumentation of internal operating and control proceduresReview processes, recommend improvements and participate in implementation of process changesAd Hoc ProjectsRequired Skills:3 to 5 years of experience in Accounting/Finance and demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge (i.e. Income Statement analysis, Balance Sheet, Journal Entries, Account Reconciliation, etc)Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detailSAP expertiseAdvanced ExcelStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCPA PreferredQualifications:BA/BS degree is accounting or related field3+ years of experience in related field, demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledgeQualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United StatesWhy Join Siemens?
