As a Senior Analyst, Analytics & Insights, you will support the Innovation and Product Excellence department (Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, and Product Engineering), by delivering Power BI reports that turn business needs into actionable insights to enable data driven business decision making. You will collaborate across teams to gather requirements, ensure data accuracy, and manage the reporting lifecycle from development to delivery. This role drives analytics strategy and enables data-driven decisions through a blend of technical skill, business acumen, and proactive problem-solving.
What you will do
+ Translate stakeholder requirements into effective, scalable analytics tools and dashboards, with guidance as needed, to present insights clearly across various levels of the business utilizing PowerBI.
+ Create and modify custom DAX and Power Query (M) expressions to shape, transform, and analyze data within reporting models.
+ Investigate reporting issues from supported functions, provide technical expertise to resolve them, and follow up in a timely manner.
+ Perform quality assurance (QA) activities to validate data integrity in new and existing reports.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver training sessions and consultations on using data and insights to drive decision-making.
+ Partner with the Data Engineering team to identify opportunities and support the development of scalable data solutions.
+ Integrate Power Apps with reporting tools to build end-to-end analytics and workflow solutions.
+ Write and modify custom SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for reporting and analysis.
+ Promote data literacy and drive adoption of data-driven insights across supported functions.
+ Monitor report usage to assess value, identify gaps, and increase engagement across supported functions.
What you need
Required:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
+ 2+ years or relevant work experience.
+ Experience with PowerBI, including creating interactive dashboards.
+ Experience with DAX and Power Query (M).
+ Experience with data transformation, cleansing, relational databases, and data modeling.
Preferred:
+ Master’s degree.
+ Experience with PowerApps.
+ Experience with quality, regulatory or engineering functions.
$87,600.00 - $186,700.00 salary plus bonus eligible + generally eligible for short-term and long-term financial incentives + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
