As a Senior Manager, Sales Education on Stryker's Acute Care team, you will lead a team responsible for the strategy and execution of sales education across our digital and capital portfolios. This includes designing and delivering training programs aligned with business and marketing objectives, while driving technical and clinical education, market insights, and program development. You’ll also oversee budget management, stakeholder engagement, and the continuous improvement of training methodologies and tools.
What you will do
+ Lead the design and implementation of engaging, clinically relevant sales training programs that align with marketing and business objectives.
+ Coach and develop your team to observe market trends and continuously evolve our education offerings and platforms.
+ Translate technical and clinical knowledge into effective learning experiences that enhance salesforce expertise.
+ Partner with sales and marketing leadership to create education strategies that support product launches, market segmentation, and the sales process.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external thought leaders to accelerate field learning and deepen clinical acumen.
+ Analyze competitor training programs and customer trends to inform best practices and anticipate future needs.
+ Oversee the integration of training within strategic business and marketing plans, ensuring alignment across functions.
+ Establish and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs and inform continuous improvement and budget decisions.
+ Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects that enhance divisional and organizational sales capabilities.
+ Manage the Sales Education budget, prioritize investments, and drive resource optimization to maximize impact.
What you need
Required:
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 10 years of work experience
Preferred:
+ MBA degree
+ 7 years of medical device or sales education experience
+ 4 years of people management experience
$115,600 - $245,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
