    What You Will Do

     

    In this highly visible and impactful role, you will lead the end-to-end reporting structure for inventory across multiple business areas—including Operations & Supply (O&S), MSNT, Europe, International, and GQO. You’ll serve as the go-to expert for understanding reporting needs, building and optimizing reports, and ensuring accurate data flow through complex systems like multiple ERPs and advanced analytics platforms. From forecasting and variance analysis to Flash reporting, balance sheet reviews, and cash flow insights, your work will directly shape how inventory data drives smarter decisions. You'll also play a critical role in supporting global transitions, system implementations, and key business initiatives aimed at improving how we manage and report on inventory. As a people leader, you'll manage and develop direct report(s), fostering a strong, agile team focused on innovation, accuracy, and business impact.

     

    + **Business Support Reporting** - Supports directors in identifying and delivering comprehensive reporting solutions—such as KPIs, dashboards, and business reviews—for Global Inventory COE performance and progress tracking.

    + **Development & Automation** - Drives efficiency through the development of automated tools, dashboards, governance processes, and streamlined reporting methods that enhance data visibility and usability.

    + **Month-End Reporting** - Leads month-end close reporting by partnering with finance and operations teams to analyze actuals, highlight variances, and align with projections and budgets.

    + **Communication & Stakeholder Engagement** - Maintains strong cross-functional relationships and proactively communicates insights, risks, and reporting changes that impact financial or operational decisions.

    + **Planning & Analysis** - Supports strategic planning and budgeting by delivering reliable forecast models, analyzing trends, and advising on data patterns that influence business outcomes.

    + **Team & Performance Management** - Manages, develops, and empowers the Business Support team through regular coaching, performance oversight, and talent growth aligned to COE strategy.

    + **Compliance** - Ensures reporting accuracy, SOX compliance, and audit readiness by maintaining clean data standards and meeting required timelines.

    + **Other Responsibilities** - Contributes to process improvement initiatives, system transitions, and ad hoc reporting needs to continuously enhance inventory reporting capabilities.

     

    What You Need

    Required

    + Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent experience.

    + 8+ years related experience

    Preferred

    + Masters Degree

    + Experience with programming, SQL, reporting tools, Power BI, Excel

    + Direct people leadership experience

    + Oracle/SAP/MFG/JDE experience
