    Summary:

    The Medical Device Inventory Associate will plan, schedule and monitor inbound movement of materials from suppliers. Additionally, in this role, you will determine material requirements and coordinate the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering. You may be responsible for the development of specifications for new contract orders.

    What You Will Do:

    + **Manage Inventory Data & Documentation:** Compile, review, and maintain data from purchase orders, requisitions, and other documents; prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, shortages, and shipments.

    + **Inventory Control & Auditing:** Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts; reconcile discrepancies; perform regular cycle counts across hospital, office, and branch locations, ensuring all inventory is counted annually and adjustments are submitted.

    + **Receiving, Storing & Issuing Stock:** Receive, count, unpack, and store stock in an organized, accessible manner; issue or distribute materials, parts, and supplies per requisitions.

    + **Stock Organization & Maintenance:** Determine proper storage methods and stock locations; dispose of damaged/defective items per procedures; manage inventory shelf life and expiry records.

    + **Collaboration & Communication:** Work closely with personnel, branch management, and sales teams to optimize inventory levels, stock procurement, and availability.

    + **System & Process Oversight:** Implement and monitor procedures in the ERP system to ensure accurate inventory records; oversee Customer Consignment Agreements for all consignment locations.

    + **Quality & Compliance Support:** Implement and support branch-wide Quality initiatives; occasionally perform inventory responsibilities in hospital/operating room settings.

    + **Project Management:** Carry out long-term projects, keeping management updated from initiation through completion.

    What You Need:

    _Required:_

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + 3+ years of professional work experience

    + Valid US Driver License with a good driving record

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, and ERP systems (including data analysis tools i.e. queries, pivot tables, etc.)

    + Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.

    _Preferred:_

    + 1+ years’ experience in Warehouse/Inventory Control

    + Associates degree or higher education

    + Experience with inventory tracking and counting mechanism principles

    + Experience in customer service, including meeting quality standards for services

     

    _$24.54/hr. – $33.68/hr., plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors._
