    As a Medical Education Program Manager for the Ear, Nose, and Throat business, you will help a variety of consultants plan and coordinate different events related to clinical education. Partnering with marketing team members and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll plan and execute engaging educational events, hands-on product training, and third-party educational courses—all within a defined budget. As a primary point of contact for our Regional Managers and Sales Force, you'll play a key role in shaping impactful learning experiences. In this role, you'll ensure all activities align with Stryker’s compliance standards, the AdvaMed Code, and national and state regulations.

    What you will do:

    + Develop and implement an annual educational strategy to enhance HCP learning

    + Leverage product and procedural expertise to support Medical Education programs

    + Collaborate with key opinion leaders to design and refine educational materials

    + Innovate new learning methods, including online education and interactive applications

    + Work cross-functionally with Medical Education, product marketing, and sales training teams

    + Organize and deliver engaging in-person and virtual courses

    + Lead project management efforts for Medical Education programs, ensuring seamless execution

    + Assess and anticipate new Medical Education platforms based on business needs and budget

    + Analyze program metrics and budget to measure effectiveness and drive strategic improvements

    + Mentor and develop direct reports while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture

    + Effectively provide guidance, coaching, and training to empower team members, while cultivating an environment of continuous growth and development

    What you need:

    Required:

    + Bachelor’s degree

    + 8 years of work experience

    Preferred:

    + 2 years of people management experience

    + 3 years of Sales or Medical Education experience

    •$100,500 - $215,300 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
