    What you will do

     

    As Senior Manager of Leadership Development, you will lead global initiatives focused on building, sustaining, and evolving critical enterprise capabilities. In partnership with design, delivery, and Talent Partner teams, you will ensure development solutions are aligned with business and HR priorities and deliver high impact. Additionally, you will oversee social learning by developing the tools, resources, and partnerships needed to create high-quality, scalable learning experiences.

     

    This is a fully remote position open to candidates globally, with approximately 30% travel required.

    Enterprise Skills Development

    + Build, deliver, and scale enterprise-wide leadership development solutions aligned with the enterprise skills framework, supporting various management levels.

    + Partner with TDPs and other relevant stakeholders to assess needs and align learning priorities with business capabilities; collaborate with the OD team to equip leaders for development conversations, performance, and team growth.

    Coaching

    + Oversee the development and enhancement of social learning tools and processes (e.g., 360° and Leadership coaching, CliftonStrengths, Talent Feedback Reports (TFR), mentoring).

    + Lead and scale internal communities of practice for tools like Strengths and 360; upskill coaches, manage certification processes, and build coaching capabilities across the business.

    General

    + Collaborate across COEs and with HR communications to drive awareness and adoption of aligned development solutions.

    + Partner with Design & Deployment Excellence to build and maintain scalable development tools and solutions.

    + Manage vendor and partner relationships; identify and promote innovative tools and resources across the organization.

    + Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of global curriculum and social learning solutions, driving continuous improvement.

    + Assess current development services, tools, and vendors for effectiveness and utilization; identify new solutions to meet evolving business needs and industry trends.

    Innovation & Projects

    + Contribute to POD and broader HR initiatives (e.g., HR Development); benchmark industry best practices and innovate development approaches.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally to pilot, test, and scale new solutions that deliver measurable impact.

     

    What you need

    Required qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology or 16+ total years of work experience

    + 10+ years of work experience

    + Deep knowledge of leadership and management competencies, development strategies, and adult learning principles

    + Proven experience in driving broad-scale development programs (regional or divisional) with measurable outcomes

    + Strong influencing skills and ability to navigate complexity

    + Strategic mindset with ability to connect learning outcomes to business performance

    Preferred qualifications

    + Coaching certification

    + 8+ years of experience in leadership development, training, or HR experience

    + Experience working with AI, analytics, or digital innovation in L&D is a strong plus

     

    $129,600-220,400 salary **USD** plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may **vary based on location** . Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
