Program Development Manager - Texas - LimFlow

The Program Development Manager plays a critical role in accelerating adoption of LimFlow devices and therapies by designing and executing targeted training and education, assessing physician readiness across stages of engagement, while supporting sales and clinical stakeholders to drive targeted outreach.
Functions & Responsibilities:
+ Identification of appropriate accounts and development of CLI Centers of Excellence and Multidisciplinary team coordination programs within target accounts.
+ Identify physician readiness for these programs.
+ Develop protocol and pathway for treatment and post procedure follow up. -
+ Outreach education and awareness to community referral networks to increase identification of appropriate patients for TADV therapy and education on post care protocols for best outcomes.
+ In-reach and education within the facility with nursing, administration, all units who are stakeholders for the target patient population within target facilities.
+ Outreach to post-acute care facilities to educate on target patient populations
+ C-Suite presentations to present the value of the program and gain commitment to program creation -
+ Partnership and mentoring program to guide each account through the process of creating a functional individualized program for their institution.
+ Partnering, Coaching and mentoring of field AMs to educate and guide in the above process of program development.
+ Development of Artix Acute Limb Ischemia Programs within target accounts to create pathways and protocols for thrombectomy treatment.
+ Identification of targets for treatment within the PAD and CLI operators
Post procedure clinical support program:
+ Clinical support hotline for all operators for post procedure questions and clinical guidance
+ KOL development for regional clinical support
+ Disease state and Clinical education for AM on pre and post patient care and protocols
Education/Experience Required
+ BS degree preferred in related field or 6 years demonstrated successful sales experience.
+ Minimum of 4 years related medical device experience.
+ Great communication skills.
+ Maintain all Certifications and Vendor Credentials.
