As an Associate Manager of Medical Education supporting the Upper Extremity business, you’ll play a vital role in planning and executing impactful medical education programs across local, regional, and national levels. Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and cross-divisional teams, you’ll help deliver exceptional learning experiences that align with Upper Extremity strategies. You’ll build strong relationships with key customers, opinion leaders, and vendors while leading and developing a dedicated team to drive success.

What you will do:
+ Own and drive the commercialization, execution, and continuous improvement of medical education programs aligned with business objectives and portfolio strategy.
+ Lead and develop a high-performing team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and fostering personal and professional growth.
+ Oversee the development and delivery of education content and curriculum in collaboration with KOLs and faculty, ensuring alignment with divisional branding and strategy.
+ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders—including HCPs, sales, marketing, and KOLs—to ensure education programs meet customer needs and business goals.
+ Maintain deep knowledge of competitor positioning and evolving market trends to inform strategic planning and program innovation.
+ Define learning objectives, track program performance, and analyze metrics to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements.
+ Lead and influence across cross-functional teams to support product launches, marketing initiatives, and resource allocation.
+ Partner with Marketing Communications to develop effective messaging and utilize optimal platforms for education delivery.
+ Enhance educational tools and platforms, manage current resources, and implement new solutions to elevate training quality.
+ Demonstrate financial acumen, drive 3rd party contract negotiations, and manage resources to maximize program ROI.
What you will need:

+ Bachelor’s degree required
+ 6+ years of work experience required
Preferred:
+ MBA preferred
+ 3+ years Medical Education experience preferred
**$87,600** **- $186,700** salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
