As the Associate Manager, Training and Education for Medical ProCare, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of training for Stryker’s field service and sales teams within the division. Your expertise will drive the development, delivery, and management of innovative training programs that empower new and existing representatives to excel in their roles. From cutting-edge service and sales techniques to advanced product knowledge and leadership development, you’ll curate impactful learning experiences that elevate performance and ensure success across the organization.
In this highly collaborative role, you'll partner with diverse teams across the Medical Division and MSNT, making your mark as a key subject matter expert in the ProCare business. Beyond developing training content, across several different mediums, you’ll manage seamless communication and documentation, ensuring every stage of the learning journey is smooth and effective.

What you will do
+ Own the creation of innovative training strategies for both service and sales teams, ensuring that content is both engaging and results-oriented, driving excellence within the team.
+ Use your deep technical knowledge to lead and facilitate educational programs, ensuring the agenda and content align with business objectives and enhance team performance.
+ Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback and providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
+ Set measurable learning objectives that align with the company’s goals, ensuring training curriculum is designed for maximum impact and efficiency.
+ Work closely with faculty members to align training program objectives with faculty expertise, ensuring the content is delivered effectively and resonates with the learners.
+ Partner with thought leaders and key stakeholders to create and refine educational materials that stay ahead of industry trends and elevate team capabilities.
+ Drive the overall execution of medical education programs, targeting Stryker’s sales, service, and marketing teams, ensuring consistent delivery of world-class training across the division.
+ Engage with key stakeholders to ensure the proper use and alignment of education programs, driving organizational success.
+ Use your insights to identify gaps in sales and service performance, developing targeted educational programs to address those needs and boost team capability.
+ Continuously look for ways to enhance current business practices and educational methodologies, driving measurable improvements.
+ Oversee the current educational resources, while developing new platforms and tools to enhance product training events and workshops.
+ Work closely with the Marketing Communications team to create compelling content and messaging for educational programs, utilizing the most effective platforms to reach and engage the audience.
+ Set high standards for yourself and others, delivering results with energy and passion while meeting business priorities.
What you need
Required:
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 6 years of work experience
Preferred:
+ 2+ years in field service or sales
+ 1+ years medical device, Sales or Medical Education experience
