New Product Development Project Manager

NPD Project Managers have accountability and authority for achieving a project’s objectives. They direct a multi-disciplinary team aiming to complete a project.
What you will do:
+ Project Leadership: Lead the creation of project charters, management plans, and detailed Work Breakdown Structures; direct and control project execution across scope, schedule, and budget.
+ Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage detailed project timelines using Gantt charts, analyze critical paths, and coordinate key workstreams.
+ Budget & Procurement Management: Collaborate on budgeting and procurement plans; monitor project costs and ensure alignment with financial targets.
+ Risk & Quality Management: Create and implement risk and quality management plans, proactively identifying issues and driving resolution through proven tools and techniques.
+ Team & Resource Management: Estimate, acquire, and assign resources; define roles and responsibilities; provide performance input to functional managers.
+ Stakeholder & Communication Management: Develop stakeholder and communication plans; engage stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Collaboration & Influence: Build strong cross-functional relationships, resolve conflicts, and influence without authority to drive results and maintain team morale.
+ Customer-Centric & Adaptive: Keep customer needs central, adapt to change, incorporate feedback, and make sound decisions under pressure with a growth mindset.

+ Bachelor's Degree, technical preferred
+ 4+ years of experience
_Preferred Skills / Engineering tools:_
+ PMP or equivalent preferred
$87,600 - $187,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
