As a Marketing Manager on Stryker’s Mako and Enabling Technologies (MET) team, you’ll lead a dynamic team driving long-term strategy, portfolio execution, and innovation for Stryker’s Joint Reconstruction clinical applications. You'll shape the future of our marketing efforts by turning market insights into action, building relationships with KOLs, and guiding cross-functional collaboration to deliver impact.
_This is a hybrid role based in Weston, FL, with an expectation to be onsite three days per week._
What You’ll Do:
+ Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketers while setting strategic direction for portfolio growth and market leadership.
+ Identify new customer segments and emerging market trends to drive acquisition, retention, and future innovation.
+ Build and maintain trusted relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic stakeholders.
+ Translate customer insights and unmet needs into actionable opportunities and clinical claims strategies.
+ Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Clinical Affairs, and Commercial teams to bring new products to market and execute the portfolio strategy.
+ Analyze competitive activity, market shifts, and business performance to inform strategic decisions.
+ Own the new product development process (NPDP) from concept through commercialization, aligning stakeholders and resources.
+ Lead portfolio lifecycle management (PLCM), including pricing, promotional strategy, and market positioning.
+ Monitor effectiveness of marketing channels and campaigns, using KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
+ Establish best practices and benchmarks for marketing excellence, performance analysis, and portfolio optimization.
What you need
Required
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 8 years of work experience required
Preferred
+ 5 years of medical device or marketing/sales experience
+ Previous people management experience
+ Previous experience in the joint reconstruction market or supporting enabling technologies
