    UNIVERSAL Technologies is seeking a TOGAF Certified Senior Technical Architect with at least 10 years of experience designing and implementing distribution systems and cloud-based SaaS solutions such as MS Dynamics, Salesforce or SAP. This is a hybrid position based in Albany, NY; remote work is permitted when onsite presence is not required. The selected candidate must be able to attend onsite meetings as needed.

    MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

    + Minimum of 10 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)

    + Bachelor’s degree

    + Proven experience designing and implementing distribution systems, especially with platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, NetSuite, or SAP

    + Strong technical architecture expertise in cloud-based and SaaS solutions

    + Experience with system integration, including integration design and execution

    + Skilled in creating contextual architecture diagrams and technical documentation

    + TOGAF certification or equivalent in enterprise/solution architecture

    + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid onsite/remote environment

    SCOPE OF SERVICES

    + Review and analyze existing business requirements for the FDIMS project

    + Advise on appropriate technical solutions that meet business needs, leveraging expertise in distribution systems

    + Design high-level technical architecture for cloud-based and SaaS solutions

    + Provide technical leadership in selecting and integrating distribution platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, or similar

    + Create contextual architecture diagrams and documentation for proposed solutions

    + Coordinate and collaborate with client stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams

    + Attend onsite meetings with clients and stakeholders as required

    Education and Experience:

    + Bachelor's degree.

    + A minimum of 10 years of related experience.

     

    An equivalent combination of advanced education, training, and experience will be considered.
