Summary

Under the direction of the Supervisor of Central Stores, the Driver is responsible for deliveries and pickups at all New Jersey Transit locations and other locations. Loads and unloads materials for trucks. Will be directed to perform other duties when needed.

Qualifications and Experience

+ Must be a graduate of an approved high school or a completed GED.

+ Three (3) years' experience as a Commercial Truck Driver

+ Must have a valid CDL CLASS "B" license with Air brakes and Hazmat endorsement.

+ Clean Driving Record.

+ Able to use and operate a forklift safely.

Skills

+ Ability to understand and apply oral and written instructions.

+ Must be capable to use Material Handling Equipment.

+ Must be able to handle himself or herself in a pleasant and courteous manner.
