Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring Drywall Finishers for commercial projects in the **Fargo/Grand Forks** area. The pay range is **$30+** per hour based on experience. All drywall finishers are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

Ultimate Job Duties

+ Conceal any imperfections or exposed area in the drywall surface

+ Understand and demonstrate the five levels of finishing.

+ Experience with all types and ranges of commercial drywall finishing.

+ Using the right tools for the job size and need and understands the importance of tool maintenance and daily cleanup of production tools

+ Understands the right joint compound (quick-set, lightweight, or standard) to be used at appropriate situations.

+ Eliminates visible joints, knows how to eliminate air bubbles, tapes are not blistered, switch and receptacle boxes are finished tight.

+ Install cornerbead, trim beads, reveal beads straight, plumb and on tight utilizing string lines, laser, square, or straight edge.

+ Skill required to patch/repair existing drywall into like-new appearance.

+ **Summary:** Looking for a hands-on individual experienced in working with drywall. This position focuses on bringing walls to a clean, finished state through careful installation and surface prep. **Key Responsibilities:**

+ Measure and cut wallboard materials to match room layouts or framing

+ Mount drywall panels securely to wood or metal structures

+ Fill seams and cover fasteners using joint compound and tape

+ Sand surfaces to create a uniform, paint-ready finish

+ Touch up dents, scratches, and any surface flaws

Ultimate Drywall Finisher Requirements

+ 3+ years of Construction experience

+ Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)

+ Must have basic hand tools to perform trade

+ Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance

+ Background Check Required

Ultimate LLC is looking to hire Drywall Finishers for commercial projects in the Fargo area. The pay range of a Drywall Finisher is $30+ per hour based on experience. The majority of our position’s hours range from 45 to 50 hours a week. Drywall Finisher applicants must have a personal vehicle and be prepared for work up to 40+ hours a week. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all craftsmen with no week in the hole.

+ 18+ Years of Age

+ Ability to lift 50+ pounds
