Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring **Steel Framer/** **Metal Stud Framers** for commercial projects in the **Fargo/Grand Forks** area. The pay range is **$25+ per hour** based on experience. All metal stud framers are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

Role Summary:

This position involves working on commercial construction projects with a focus on building structural frameworks using steel materials. Key tasks include assembling and securing metal studs to form wall structures, accurately cutting and shaping materials, and utilizing a variety of hand and power tools. The role also requires interpreting design documents and blueprints to plan installations, as well as marking surfaces for layout purposes using appropriate tools and techniques.

+ Ability to use tools such as hammer drills, pneumatic nailing guns, and cutting torches

+ Knowledge of fasteners, such as studs, nails, screws, anchors, and connectors

+ Measure and cut metal runners, studs, and furring channels to required sizes

+ Install horizontal and vertical metal studs to frames to attach wallboards

+ Assist carpenters on site when needed

Ultimate Metal Stud Framer Requirements

+ 2+ years of Construction experience

+ Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)

+ Must have basic hand tools to perform trade

+ Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance

+ Drug Test Required

+ Background Check Required

+ 18+ Years of age

+ Ability to work in all weather conditions

+ Ability to lift 50+ pounds when necessary

+ 2+ years of Metal Stud Framing / Carpentry experience
