Construction Worker/Laborer

Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring Construction Workers for commercial projects in the **Fargo/Grand Forks** area. The pay range is **$23+ per hour** based on experience. All construction workers are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

Ultimate Job Duties

+ Operate hand and power tools

+ Lift up to 50+ pounds

+ Demo and clean commercial properties

+ Perform general labor with other tradesman

+ Maneuver equipment and building materials

+ Ability to provide general labor in all seasons and weather conditions

Ultimate Construction Worker Requirements

+ Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)

+ Must have basic hand tools to perform trade

+ Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance

Ultimate LLC is looking to hire construction workers/workers for commercial projects in the Fargo/Grand Forks area. The pay range of a construction worker is $23+ per hour based on experience. The majority of our position’s hours range from 45 to 50 hours a week. Construction worker applicants must have a personal vehicle and be prepared for construction labor up to 40+ hours a week. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all workers with no week in the hole.
