    CTG is seeking to fill a SAP FPSL (Sub Ledger) Consultant opening for our client in New York, NY.

     

    **Location:** New York, NY

    **Duration:** 6 months

    Duties:

    + Provide expertise in SAP Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) to support the design, configuration, and implementation of the subledger solution.

    + Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

    + Lead or support the integration of SAP FPSL with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

    + Configure and test the FPSL solution, ensuring alignment with financial and regulatory reporting standards.

    + Support data migration activities including mapping, reconciliation, and validation.

    + Provide post-implementation support and end-user training as needed.

    + Identify and resolve system issues, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

    Skills:

    + Deep knowledge of SAP FPSL architecture, configuration, and integration points.

    + Strong understanding of financial instruments and accounting standards such as IFRS 9, IFRS 17, and US GAAP.

    + Proficient in SAP S/4HANA and data modeling.

    + Ability to analyze complex data and troubleshoot financial processes.

    + Strong communication and documentation skills.

    Experience:

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP financial solutions, with at least 2 years specific to SAP FPSL (formerly known as Bank Analyzer or Smart AFI).

    + Experience in financial services or insurance industry preferred.

    + Proven track record of successful SAP FPSL implementations or support engagements.

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.

     

    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
