    $33,760.22 - $35,000.16 Annually $1,298.47 - $1,346.16 Bi-weekly

    Position Summary

    This position is responsible for assisting the Regional Program Supervisor and other staff within the Provider Development Section and coordinates with other administrative support staff within the region to ensure administrative functions are conducted timely to promote regional operations.

     

    The Work You Will Do

     

    Provides administrative support to the Provider Development Section Regional Program Supervisor which can include preparing correspondence and reports, filing, and mail distribution.

     

    Tracks and processes new services agreements and renewals within designated time frames to prevent expiration. Prepares and sends updated service listing letters and/or termination letters due to loss of contact and expired agreements to providers

     

    Enters new provider information and changes to existing providers’ information on the regional providers’ directory. Ensures accuracy of the information through consistent updates and maintenance.

     

    Assists with the tracking and preparation of QA assignments including required monthly reports.

     

    Answers phone and email inquiries timely and routes complex inquiries to the appropriate staff.

     

    Assists in coordination of work assignments within the Regional Office including phone and receptionist duties.

     

    Performs other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + 2 years of experience in customer service.

    + High School Diploma or it’s equivalent.

    + Must have moderate level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

     

    Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

    Demonstrate Skills in:

    + Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel.

    Direct Deposit Program

     

    As a condition of employment, a person appointed to a position in the State Personnel System is required to participate in the Direct Deposit Program. Rather than receiving a paper paycheck, your funds will be deposited directly into your account at your financial institution. This will be accomplished by Electronic Funds Transfer. Banks, savings and loan associations, and credit unions are eligible to accept such deposits. Retirement funds are also required to be in the Direct Deposit Program.

     

    Background Screening Requirement

     

    It is the policy of the Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities that applicants for employment undergo Level 2 employment screening in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, as a condition of employment or being permitted to serve as a volunteer.
