    Position Summary

    The position generates revenue and/or profit margin in assigned industrial accounts, product lines or territories. Interacts with established customers and develops new prospects.

    Principle Accountabilities

    + Ensures high post-sales satisfaction facilitating positive long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with customers.

    + Establishes account and territory sales plans to meet annual, quarterly, or monthly goals.

    + Maintains knowledge of all major product lines and the specifications of each. Prices items and accessories, and produces estimates and quotes.

    + Prepares sales report regarding quotes and sales activity for Sales Manager.

    + Manages contacts and opportunity pipeline using the Companys Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Produces quotes using the Companys Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.

    + Participates in entertainment functions with customers, trade shows and seminars.

    Qualifications

    Position Requirements

    The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated sales experience. Other desired qualifications include:

     

    + 3+ years of experience in outside sales.

    + Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Construction management from an accredited university, or equivalent precast/construction work experience.

    + Proficient with Microsoft Office (Email, Spreadsheet, Word Processor).

    + Strong communications skills to include both verbal and written communication.
