Massport’s Labor Relations Department is dedicated to the creation of thriving partnerships between Massport and its workforce unions. Our mission is to empower positive change and drive Massport's policies forward through strategic negotiations, resulting in enhanced productivity, operational efficiency, and strong collaborative bonds with union representatives. We provide expert guidance to ensure smooth administration of collective bargaining agreements across all operating divisions and support units.

WHAT YOU OFFER
Under the supervision of Labor Relations Department in-house attorneys, law student interns working in Labor Relations shall be involved in assisting in researching, gathering and reviwing information, grievances, development of labor relations training for managers and collective bargaining negotiation.
WORK SCHEDULE: Ability to work a 15–20-hour work week.
EDUCATION: Current enrollment in an accredited law school pursuing a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree is required.
