    Operations Management Area Director

     

    The Area Director is responsible for the strategic, clinical, and operational oversight of ABA services across multiple clinic locations within a designated region. This leader ensures the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based behavior analytic services, fosters a high-performing team culture, and drives growth, compliance, and staff retention. Current locations in Rincon, GA, Greenville & Ridgeland, SC, and Matthews, NC.

    _Leadership & Strategy_

    + Provide direct oversight to Program Directors and site-level leadership across assigned locations.

    + Partner with senior leadership to set and achieve regional performance, clinical quality, and growth goals.

    + Monitor and manage regional KPIs (e.g., billable hours, productivity, client retention)

    + Drive the implementation of best practices in clinical care and operational efficiency.

    + Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    + Ensure compliance with BACB standards, payer requirements, and internal clinical protocols.

    + Monitor treatment integrity, supervision standards, and client outcomes.

    + Collaborate with administrative and billing teams to ensure accurate billing, authorization tracking, and scheduling efficiency.

    + Partner with Quality and HR teams to address audits, grievances, investigations, and staff training.

    + Develop and maintain a strong leadership pipeline through succession planning and career development.

    + Promote a positive work culture through regular communications, staff recognition, and engagement initiatives.

    _Qualifications:_

    + **Education:** Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.

    + **Certification:** Current BCBA certification in good standing required.

    + **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience in ABA, with at least 2 years in multi-site leadership or director-level role.

    + **Licensure:** Must meet licensure requirements for practicing behavior analysis in assigned states.

    + **Skills: S** trong leadership, communication, organizational, and data-driven decision-making skills.

    _Work Environment & Travel:_

    + Travel required to assigned clinic locations (up to 30-50% depending on geography)

    + Hybrid position with regular travel to centers within assigned state(s) based on regional needs.
