    Project Scheduling Lead

    Key Role:

    Join our dynamic team as a skilled Primavera Project Scheduler. Manage complex multi-location projects. Provide expertise in advanced project scheduling methodologies and systems to support critical client initiatives across vast industries and geographical locations. Work on developing, maintaining, and analyzing comprehensive project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 for complex, multi-site projects. Create detailed work breakdown structures ( WBS ) and resource-loaded schedules. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders across multiple locations to ensure accurate schedule development and maintenance. Perform schedule analysis, critical path analysis, and resource optimization. Generate schedule reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations. Support the Earned Value Management System ( EVMS ) implementation and reporting. C ond uct scheduled risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Provide training and guidance to team members on scheduling best practices. Support proposal development with scheduling estimates and methodology.

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Experience with Oracle Primavera P6

    + Experience with Micro sof t Project

    + Experience in construction project scheduling

    + Ability to work effectively in a multi-location and collaborative environment

    + Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

    + Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance and 2+ years of experience with project scheduling or construction management, or 5+ years of experience with project scheduling or construction management in lieu of a degree

    Additional Qualifications:

    + Experience with IT or technology project scheduling

    + Experience with the EVMS

    + Experience working with international teams and managing projects across global boun dari es

    + Experience with the federal government or DoD

    + Experience assisting with cost-loaded schedules and budget integration

    + Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies

    + Knowledge of scheduling tools, including Smartsheet

    + Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

    + Possession of excellent communication and presentation skills

    + PMI Scheduling Professional Certification

    Clearance:

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
