We offer several services including anodizing, painting, powder coating, intricate masking and silk screening, allowing us to provide multiple finishes on individual parts. Position Overview

+ Precise and proficient application of wet paint products, adhering to customer and QMS specifications.

+ Ensure proper paint thickness and uniform coverage through visual and instrument inspection.

+ Adherence to standard work, training guides, and procedures to ensure customer requirements are met.

+ Routine maintenance and cleaning of spray guns, paint booths and related equipment.

+ Reporting of any inconsistencies or defects in material, product, or equipment.

+ Fostering a positive work environment by collaborating effectively with co-workers, and management.

+ Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).

+ Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

+ Prior experience as an industrial wet painter required.

+ Familiarity with paint mixing, spray equipment, and surface preparation techniques.

+ Strong attention to detail.

+ Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting, standing, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and reaching.

+ Demonstrates a strong quality mindset, with attention to detail and commitment to meeting standards.

+ Excellent communication skills to interact with co-workers and supervisors.

+ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

+ Willingness to work overtime as required.

Shift Hours:

+ Summer Hours: Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 3:30pm, Friday 6:30am-12:30pm

+ Regular Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Total Compensation Package:

+ Wage

+ $20.00-$23.00 per hour plus a 90-Day Review for a prospective increase (c ompensation depends on the selected candidate's experience).
