    What You'll Do:

    + Respond fast to fire, flood, storm, and mold emergencies

    + Tear out water‑soaked drywall, salvage structure, and remove debris

    + Operate hand tools and equipment-pumps, extraction gear

    + Work physically demanding shifts: hauling, lifting, bending, for 8+ hrs

    + Make critical decisions on-site, working with small crews
