    Key Responsibilities:

    + Deliver skilled nursing care under the supervision of an RN or DON.

    + Supervise CNAs and other support staff to ensure quality care delivery.

    + Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.

    + Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines.

    + Promote a positive, respectful, and compassionate care environment.

    Qualifications:

    + Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing (Iowa or ability to activate).

    + Valid CPR certification.

    + Completion of a State-approved LPN Supervisory Course or willingness to complete within the first 90 days of employment.

    + Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations.

    + Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for resident-centered care.
