    What You'll Do:

    + Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in skilled nursing communities.

    + Support residents with daily living activities including mobility, personal hygiene, and nutrition.

    + Work collaboratively with nursing teams to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

    Qualifications:

    + Active CNA Certification in the state of Iowa.

    + Minimum 3 months of verifiable experience as a CNA.

    + Ability to travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within your assigned region.

    + Must reside within a reasonable driving distance to Care Initiatives locations.
