    What You’ll Need to Succeed as a BOM:

    + Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance billing, and collections.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Ability to handle and maintain confidential personnel and resident information in compliance with HIPAA.

    + A team-oriented mindset with a passion for supporting others in a healthcare setting.
