    Sodexo is seeking a seeking a strategic, detail-oriented **Food Operations Manager Manager** for **New Mexico State University** located in **Las Cruces, NM** . In this role, you will oversee campus Retail and Restaurant Operations, as well as Subcontractor Management. You’ll ensure efficient, high-quality service across all locations, lead a diverse team, uphold health and safety standards, drive revenue growth, and foster an inclusive environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

    + achieve company and client financial targets and goals;

    + develop and maintain client and customer relationships;

    + develop strategic plans;

    Qualifications & Requirements

     

    Minimum Education Requirement -Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

     

    Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

     

    Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
