As part of our growing team, we’re seeking a detail-orientedCredentialing/ Billing Specialistto help ensure our providers meet all regulatory and compliance standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Verify and maintain provider credentials including licenses, certifications, education, and work history

    + Process initial and re-credentialing applications for insurance payers and hospital systems

    + Maintain and update credentialing databases (e.g., CAQH, PECOS)

    + Monitor expiration dates and ensure timely renewals

    + Communicate with providers to collect documentation and resolve discrepancies

    + Ensure compliance with NCQA, JCAHO, CMS, and state regulations

    + Prepare documentation for audits and regulatory reviews

    Key Responsibilities

    + Generate and issue invoices for services rendered or products sold

    + Review financial statements to identify billing errors or inconsistencies

    + Process incoming payments and update customer accounts

    + Maintain organized billing records and documentation

    + Communicate with clients to resolve billing inquiries and disputes

    + Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., finance, customer service)

    + Prepare reports on billing activity and account status

    + Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

    Qualifications

    Qualifications & Skills

    + Associate or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field

    + 2+ years of credentialing experience preferred

    + CPCS certification a plus

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Excellent written and verbal communication

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and credentialing software

    + Competitive salary (starting around $48,000 annually)
