Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst enhances the efficiency of supply chain operations by analyzing data, implementing process improvements, and providing system support. This role requires strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of supply chain functions, and advanced analytical skills. Analysts collaborate across departments and with external suppliers to identify opportunities for improvement, resolve issues, and enhance compliance. Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills are essential for fostering positive relationships and supporting organizational objectives.
What You'll Do
1. Corporate Card Policy Management:
+ Maintain Corporate Card Policy and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
+ Lead a cross-functional team to monitor compliance and update policy in response to regulatory or business changes.
+ Develop internal communications and training materials related to corporate card usage.
2. Systems Administration:
+ Oversee Amazon & WIST account access, compliance and maintenance.
+ Manage SAP role access and permissions for all of Supply Chain.
+ Administer SAP substitution exceptions across the enterprise.
+ Manage the Supply Chain Knowledge Center & department ECM documents.
+ Provide editorial support for SharePoint department pages on InsideSRP and administered SharePoint team sites, including administrative support for all Supply Chain SharePoint sites.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
+ Analyze supply chain and corporate card data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
+ Prepare reports and dashboards on program performance for leadership review.
+ Support supplier negotiations and policy updates using data insights.
4. Customer Service and Stakeholder Engagement:
+ Serve as the main point of contact for corporate card and supply chain procedure questions.
+ Provide responsive support to internal stakeholders and suppliers.
+ Build strong relationships across teams and external partners.
5. Project & Change Management
+ Lead or support projects by gathering requirements, tracking risks/issues, and communicating status.
+ Assist with testing during IT system upgrades or implementations.
+ Evaluate products and suppliers based on defined business criteria.
+ Cross-train with colleagues to ensure coverage and team flexibility.
What It Takes To Succeed
+ 5+ years of experience in supply chain, IT, business analytics, or a related utility function preferred.
+ Proficient in using SRP’s preferred data tools, including Power BI, Collibra, Snowflake, and Dataiku, for reporting and data analysis.
+ Familiarity with SAP Supply Chain, Maximo, and core supply chain areas (Purchasing, Logistics, Materials Management, Investment Recovery).
+ Understanding of SRP and Supply Chain policies, standards, and best practices.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills with a positive, collaborative approach to work well across all levels of the enterprise.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
+ Flexibility to support business needs outside of standard hours as required.
+ Willingness to adapt to evolving responsibilities and organizational priorities.
Experience
• For a Level 1 (Associate), a minimum of no previous years of experience to two years related experience is required (if no degree, four-six years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling four-six years).
• For a Level 2 (Journey), a minimum of two years of experience to four years related experience is required (if no degree, six-eight years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling six-eight years).
• For a Level 3 (Senior), a minimum of five years of related experience is required (if no degree, nine years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling nine years).
Education
A bachelor’s degree related to the assignment from an accredited institution is preferred.
Hybrid Workplace
SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
