PDS Tech is hiring a **Welding & Fabrication Associate** to join a high-energy manufacturing team that supports the **fire sprinkler industry** . This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to grow with a company that values **reliability, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn** .

What You’ll Be Doing:

+ MIG welding outlets onto steel pipe

+ Specialty welding projects (spool pieces, flanges, etc.)

+ Inspecting work for quality, alignment, and prep standards

+ Using a tape measure and entering data via computer

+ Keeping your welding station clean, safe, and up to spec

+ Reporting equipment issues or safety concerns

What You Bring:

+ **3+ years of recent MIG welding experience**

+ Ability to read and use a tape measure

+ Basic computer skills (email, data entry)

+ Dependability and eagerness to learn

+ **High School Diploma or GED** _(must be listed on your resume)_

Bonus Skills:

+ Background in maintenance

+ Mechanical aptitude or hands-on repair experience

Schedule & Pay:

+ **$21/hr.**

+ **Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM**

+ **Plenty of Overtime Available!**

+ 30-minute unpaid lunch

PPE & Dress Code:

+ Steel toe boots required

+ No false eyelashes, nails, jewelry, or torn clothing

**Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
