    **Pay Rate:** $21.75/hr (Open to higher rates based on experience)

    **Type:** Full-Time Consultant | 10-Month Contract

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

     

    Play a Key Role in Shaping Financial Strategy

     

    PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced and driven **Financial Analyst** to join our team supporting a leading client in the aerospace industry. In this high-impact role, you will support financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis efforts that directly influence decision-making and performance across the business.

    Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    + Prepare and analyze financial reports in accordance with GAAP and RTX policies

    + Conduct journal entries, P&L analysis, and balance sheet reviews

    + Generate forecasts and evaluate trends across sales, operations, programs, and engineering

    + Assist in reconciling and reporting estimates at completion (EACs) for development programs

    + Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities

    + Deliver actionable financial insights to support business leadership

    + Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and government accounting standards

    + Support various ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests

     

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

    + 5–8 years of professional financial analysis experience

    + Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate finance principles

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with SAP, OneStream, and Hyperion Planning

    + Familiarity with SOX compliance and government accounting

    + Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment

    **Pay Details:** $21.75 per hour
