Senior Software Engineer

What You’ll Do

+ Design and develop software enhancements, new components, and large-scale integrations.

+ Lead technical efforts on projects, ensuring code quality and architectural alignment.

+ Develop and review specifications, code, and tests to ensure reliability and scalability.

+ Create documentation, protocols, and tools for deployment and maintenance.

+ Drive end-to-end troubleshooting, including Level 3 technical support.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams across multiple sites.

+ Mentor junior developers and provide technical oversight.

+ Recommend improvements to processes, technology, and team efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

+ 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with high-volume, scalable systems.

+ Strong background in:

+ Java, Spring Batch, PL/SQL (Oracle), Python

+ Web Services (SOAP & REST), JSON messaging

+ Cloud (AWS or Azure), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Maven, Git)

+ Software performance optimization and troubleshooting

+ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
