    Eagle Harbor, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager in McLean, VA

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Provide management, direction, administration, QA, and leadership.

    + Responsible for quality and efficiency, to include both technical issues and business processes.

    + Organizational authority to execute the requirements.

    + Oversee assignment of tasks to personnel, provide high-level supervision of ongoing technical efforts, and manage overall performance to ensure the optimal use of assigned resources.

    + Authority to commit the company and make decisions for the company in response to Government issues, concerns, and problems.

    + Readily available to respond to Government questions, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues.

    Position Requirements

    + A minimum of a current Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility; a Counterintelligence (Cl) scope polygraph; eligible for crossover; and meets Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 704, Personnel Security.

    + A minimum of ten years of project management experience managing complex projects.

    + It is desired that the PM has the following qualifications:

    + A Master's degree in Business Management, Project/Program Management, or a related field.

    + Experience with Federal IC program management requirements.

    + An active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional certification.
