About the Role: Well-Being Internship

As a Well-Being Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Edgewater in West Des Moines.

As a Well-Being Intern you will:

+ Assist in delivering and implementing wellness programs for residents and staff

+ Support and shadow group fitness classes

+ Help plan and execute engaging well-being events

+ Develop educational materials on key health and wellness topics

+ Contribute ideas for future wellness initiatives and innovations

+ Attend and participate in wellness team meetings

+ Gain hands-on experience in promoting a culture of organizational wellness

Opening:

+ Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

+ This internship will begin in the fall, with the start date to be determined

Qualifications:

+ Currently pursuing a degree in Exercise Science or a related field
