The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a dynamic and experienced LSMFT Staffing Director to join our PMO team in Annapolis Junction, MD. This pivotal role is ideal for a strategic leader passionate about workforce development and operational excellence in a high-visibility program. You'll be at the forefront of shaping our staffing strategy, ensuring seamless talent acquisition, onboarding, and integration across multiple contracts and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
+ **Lead High-Volume Staffing Initiatives:**
+ Direct and oversee recruitment efforts to meet program staffing needs across 4 prime contractors and 20+ subcontracts.
+ Collaborate with program leadership and customer stakeholders to forecast hiring needs.
+ Develop and maintain staffing metrics that align with award fee criteria, including fill rates, time-to-fill, retention rates, onboarding satisfaction, and clearance processing timelines.
+ Provide data-driven insights to PMO leadership and government customer stakeholders, demonstrating contract performance and responsiveness in meeting personnel requirements.
+ Collaborate with recruiters, HR, and subcontract partners to ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting channels.
+ Prepare and present regular performance summaries, dashboards, and trend analyses to inform award fee narratives and briefings.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps or risks in staffing processes and recommending actionable solutions.
+ **Talent Management Committee Leadership:**
+ Chair the Talent Management Committee to coordinate cross-contract staffing, retention, and workforce development strategies.
+ Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to share best practices and ensure alignment with program objectives.
+ Drive compliance with training standards and Cyber Workforce Improvement Program (CWIP) certification requirements.
+ **Onboarding & Integration:**
+ Serve as the Onboarding/Day One Coordinator for new hires, providing a comprehensive introduction to CACI, the mission, benefits, and administrative processes.
+ Create a positive first impression and foster early engagement through structured onboarding experiences.
Required:
+ 7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition and staffing, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
+ Demonstrated success in building and scaling staffing operations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
+ Strong analytical skills and familiarity with HR metrics and reporting.
+ Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
+ Familiarity with government contracting and security clearance processes
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
+ Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and workforce management.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Experience with HRMS platforms and analytics tools.

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$94,400 - $198,200
